Brickinfo News Agency – Brother Pictures, the provider of the cloud gaming platform GeForce NOW Powered by Bro.game, reports that it currently faces no direct competition in the Thai market. Following its open beta phase, which attracted over 62,000 users, the company aims to expand its user base to 300,000 by the end of 2025. The platform enables users to access over 2,200 games without requiring high-performance hardware, provided they have a stable internet connection.

Mr. Alan Archapiraj, CEO of Brother Pictures, stated that with no direct competitors in Thailand, the primary focus for GeForce NOW is to enhance its system to support a large volume of concurrent users. The open beta’s user engagement was significant, with the system nearing full capacity, largely driven by users opting for the Ultimate package, priced at 649 baht. The company plans further analysis to determine if this high subscription rate will continue post-launch.

Bro.game positions Thailand as a Cloud Gaming hub for ASEAN, leveraging in-country servers through its partnership with Telehouse Thailand. This setup, coupled with connections to major internet service providers like AIS, TRUE, and DTAC, aims to ensure high service quality, stability, and low-latency gaming across all regions of Thailand.

The business model for GeForce NOW Thailand is subscription-based, offering various packages including Lite, Performance, and Ultimate, with prices ranging from 219 to 649 baht per month. Future plans include special partner packages and an affiliate program to support creators, streamers, and influencers. Brother Pictures views GeForce NOW not as a competitor to game developers or hardware retailers, but as a “new solution” for digital-era gamers seeking convenience and flexibility, whether playing PC games on mobile or mobile games on large TV screens.

Mr. Archapiraj cited an instance where a Thai YouTuber successfully played Black Myth: Wukong on an Apple Watch via GeForce NOW Powered by Bro.game, highlighting the platform’s potential to provide access to a wide array of games. The company is also developing options for users to purchase additional gameplay hours once their monthly allocation is depleted and anticipates future availability of popular titles like GTA and Red Dead Redemption, pending discussions between GeForce and Rockstar Games.

A key advantage of GeForce NOW Powered by Bro.game is its utilization of the latest RTX 4080 graphics cards in its Thai servers, with future servers supporting the RTX 5080. This technological edge is expected to attract users from other regions who previously used servers with older RTX 2000 series cards. Brother Pictures has invested over 160 million baht into the Thai gaming market.

The platform targets a broad user base beyond traditional gamers, including individuals with lower-spec computers, Apple users seeking high-performance gaming, mobile users, and those who wish to play AAA games without investing in expensive hardware. Brother Pictures emphasizes its commitment to user privacy, collecting minimal personal data. “My policy on user data collection is, what is not our business, we don’t interfere with,” Mr. Archapiraj stated, noting that even credit card information is managed by payment gateway partners.

Furthermore, unused server processing power can be repurposed for other applications, such as CG rendering for university students or animation studios, with some studios already utilizing Bro.game’s system. GeForce NOW Powered by Bro.game operates using Telehouse Data Center and has key partnerships with AIS, True, and Com7.
