True Corporation Accelerates AI Business Transformation to Sustain Growth into 2027
Brickinfo News Agency – True Corporation Public Company Limited has announced plans to expand its AI-powered operating model across its operations, customer service, and innovation divisions to sustain business momentum into 2027. Following its third-quarter 2026 financial results, the telecommunications company is prioritizing technology, productivity, and digital capabilities to navigate projected economic pressures in Thailand.

The company’s roadmap towards becoming an AI-first telco tech organization is based on four strategic areas: Experience, Growth, AI, and People. This strategy focuses on mobile and broadband services, B2B expansion, AI transformation, and future-ready talent development. True utilizes a hybrid execution model that pairs a centralized AI team with decentralized agile squads embedded across its business units.

To enhance network operations, True is developing a Network Twin, a digital replica of its physical infrastructure including cell sites, fiber optics, power systems, and data centers. This AI-integrated system is designed to identify potential service failures before they occur, improve energy efficiency, and assist in infrastructure planning.

Additionally, the company has implemented a Nano Clustering model, dividing the nationwide market into over 6,000 zones. Approximately 1,100 frontline staff act as regional managers, utilizing an Intelligence as a Service (IasS) platform to access mobile data insights and respond to localized customer demands.
In the B2B sector, True is redesigning its sales process using unified customer data and AI-powered sales intelligence. This system allows individual representatives to manage between 200 and 600 client accounts, offering solutions such as cloud services and cybersecurity to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
“Our business momentum has turned. Our priority is to sustain it through execution excellence, with an AI-first organization as our North Star,” said Mr. Sigve Brekke, Group Chief Executive Officer of True Corporation Public Company Limited. He noted that the company has begun to see tangible business impacts and aims to scale these capabilities entering 2027.

Addressing the B2B sector, Mr. Brekke stated, “SMEs are the backbone of this country and employ the majority of its workforce. We must make AI and digital capabilities useful in their everyday work, so they can compete and grow to help Thailand move beyond its economic trap.” He emphasized that the transformation relies on equipping employees with the skills to lead change, noting that the primary value of AI is assisting personnel in making better operational decisions.
