Brickinfo News Agency Opens Regional Office in Lampang
Brickinfo News Agency – On August 3, 2025, Brickinfo News Agency officially inaugurated its new branch office in Lampang province. Located at 99/12 Tha Khra Noi Road, Sop Tui Subdistrict, Mueang Lampang District, the opening ceremony included a religious blessing to mark the start of its operations as a media outlet. The event was attended by the agency’s executives and staff, as well as a large number of guests from various sectors who came to offer their congratulations.




The ceremony, which began at 9:39 AM, was presided over by Phrakhru Anusat Woratham, the abbot of Wat Bunyawat Wihan and dean of Mueang Lampang district. He conducted a religious rite, blessed the studio, and chanted prayers for the prosperity of the news agency. The ceremony was attended by key personnel, including Amarin Wanawichian, who serves as the agency’s Regional News Editor, Nathaphum Thongkham, Ketkanok Netwong, and Sathaporn Sutakham.
Numerous representatives from government agencies, the private sector, state enterprises, and media organizations were present to congratulate the news agency. Among the notable attendees were Punnasin Maninant, Mayor of Lampang Municipality; representatives from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) Mae Mo Power Plant; the Sawang Nakhon Lampang Thammasathan Association; the Khelang Nakhon Media Club; the Northern Media Club; the Kiu Lom-Kiu Kho Ma Water Transmission and Maintenance Project; Lampang Kalyaanee School; and Saint Helier – Brelade International School.

Nopparit Kamolsuwan, Editor and Founder of Brickinfo News Agency, stated that the establishment of the Lampang branch is a significant step for the agency in its role of reflecting various issues and stories from all regions of Thailand, which will lead to tangible solutions. He noted that 2025 marks the 15th anniversary of the news agency and that it remains committed to its mission of focusing on every story that impacts society.

“This branch office demonstrates the strong capability and determination of the regional news team to push local stories into the spotlight and contribute to real solutions through the profession of journalism,” Nopparit said.

The Lampang branch will serve as the regional news editorial office and a studio for the program “Hoang Kao Thua Thai Brickinfo Newsroom,” which will air every Sunday from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The program will feature segments such as “Toa Kao Chao Ban” (Villager News Desk), which includes the “Help the People” segment with Kamal Thanoi. The show will be co-hosted by Nathaphum Thongkham and Ketkanok Netwong, with Sathaporn Sutakham as the production controller. Amarin Wanawichian, the regional news editor, will be responsible for overseeing the center.
