AIS Debuts AISpace Hub to Centralize AI Services for Thai Consumers and Enterprises
Brickinfo News Agency – AIS has officially launched AISpace, a centralized platform designed to act as Thailand’s primary AI ecosystem hub. The initiative integrates the company’s intelligent network with global AI partners, including Google Gemini, Microsoft 365, and Alisa AI, to streamline access for both individual users and corporate clients. By offering localized payment options through AIS billing and curated subscription packages, the platform aims to lower entry barriers and accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across the national digital economy.
The platform serves as a curated marketplace where users can select AI solutions tailored to specific needs, such as data analysis, creative design, and productivity. To support the technical demands of these services, AIS has developed an AI-Powered Network Ecosystem, ensuring that the high-bandwidth requirements of generative AI are met with secure, high-quality connectivity. This infrastructure is positioned as a foundation for transitioning Thailand toward a more sustainable digital transformation.
Mr. Saran Phaloprakarn, Head of Mobile and Consumer Product Business Unit of AIS, stated: “We see an important opportunity to use AI to further enhance the digital lives of Thai people. Although AI plays a role across all industries, real-world use still faces challenges, including high costs from subscribing to multiple platforms and concerns over data security. AISpace is more than a platform—it is an ‘AI hub for Thai people.’ We believe AI is not here to replace people, but to elevate human potential, create new opportunities, and accelerate real-world AI adoption in everyday life and business.”
For individual consumers, the hub includes services like SparkChat, which aggregates various AI models for comparison, and Alisa AI, a Thai-developed generative tool focused on education and lifestyle. Productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot are also integrated to assist with document drafting and data management. AIS has indicated that the ecosystem will continue to expand with upcoming integrations from BigBot and Replika to cover a broader range of personal use cases.
On the enterprise side, AISpace emphasizes data security and privacy for organizational data. Business-centric offerings include Google Workspace with Gemini and AIS AI Voicebot for automated customer service. Furthermore, the AIS Cloud provides local infrastructure for secure data management and model development, ensuring compliance with data sovereignty requirements while allowing companies to scale their internal AI operations efficiently.
