The awards, presented by Singapore-based business and technology research firm Twimbit, recognized AIS as “Telco of the Year (Growth Markets)” and “Telco to Ace Loyalty Program” for the second consecutive year. These awards highlight the company’s focus on sustainable business development and customer service.

The “Telco of the Year (Growth Markets)” award acknowledges telecommunications providers that demonstrate effective navigation of dynamic market conditions, expansion of connectivity, and promotion of digital inclusion. This recognition is based on several criteria, including revenue growth, EBITDA growth, net profit growth, market share expansion, and the organization’s innovation in new technologies, products, services, or business models that create value for the company and its customers.

AIS’s second consecutive win for “Telco to Ace Loyalty Program” reflects its approach to loyalty program design, offering personalized benefits that cater to individual customer needs.
