True Corporation Sets Up 24-Hour War Room and AI Network Controls Ahead of Thai Chuay Thai Plus Registration

Brickinfo News Agency – True Corporation has implemented network readiness measures and expanded its 5G and 4G capacity in anticipation of a massive data surge for the government’s Thai Chuay Thai Plus 60/40 registration. The registration window is scheduled from May 25 to May 29, 2026, between 06:00 and 22:00 hrs via the Paotang application. Anticipating heavy simultaneous access nationwide, especially during the opening hour, the telecom operator is utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and autonomous network systems alongside a 24-hour command center to manage real-time traffic and load balancing.

“We place great importance on the continuity and quality of digital connectivity during critical national moments, especially government services involving high volumes of users,” said Mr. Khurrum Ashfaque, Chief Network Officer of True Corporation Public Company Limited. “We have established a 24-hour War Room to closely monitor network performance while proactively enhancing network capacity and coverage to support simultaneous nationwide registration through the Paotang application.”

The preparation is driven by data from the previous “Kon La Khrueng Plus” co-payment registration on October 20, 2025, where Paotang application usage among True and dtac customers spiked by more than 2,600% compared to normal periods. Historical traffic metrics show that peak usage consistently falls between 06:00 and 07:00 hrs, followed by a gradual hourly decline through 11:00 hrs, confirming that a vast majority of applicants attempt to access the platform the exact minute it opens.

The dedicated war room is stationed at True’s Business and Network Intelligence Center (BNIC), relying on automated network monitoring systems. Technical and IT personnel will be positioned before the morning of May 25 to monitor 5G and 4G stability, data transfer speeds, and secure connections.

Operational coverage is planned to extend beyond the initial registration phase into the actual entitlement usage period running from June 1 to September 30, 2026. True has modified its monitoring protocols for high-traffic zones, including Bangkok and major provinces, and has coordinated regional engineering field teams to maintain stable G-Wallet payment connectivity on the Paotang platform for both True and dtac subscribers.

True Corporation has advised applicants to update their Paotang application to the latest version and verify internet connectivity beforehand. New users are required to complete identity verification through Krung Thai Bank channels and are encouraged to run preliminary application tests to prevent system delays.

The state-sponsored “Thai Chuay Thai Plus 60/40” program offers 30 million entitlements, where the government covers 60% of eligible spending and citizens pay 40%. The financial aid is capped at 1,000 baht per person monthly, totaling up to 4,000 baht over a four-month period.
