True Corporation Mobilizes Flood Response Teams and Relief Operations Across Four Eastern Provinces
Brickinfo News Agency – True Corporation has mobilized network engineering teams and emergency relief resources to maintain telecommunications infrastructure and assist affected communities across Prachin Buri, Chachoengsao, Nakhon Nayok, and Rayong following widespread seasonal flooding in eastern Thailand.

Engineering personnel have deployed flood mitigation measures around core switching centers, base stations, and cell sites situated in low-lying zones and along waterways. Flood barriers, backup generators, high-capacity batteries, and secondary fuel reserves have been positioned across key operational points to sustain network connectivity in the event of local power cutoffs. Transport routes for fuel replenishment are being adjusted dynamically based on road conditions and water levels.

Operations are monitored around the clock through the Business Network Intelligence Center (BNIC), which integrates station performance data, meteorological updates, and field reports to coordinate resource allocation. Cell-On-Wheel (COW) mobile transmission units, specialized transport vehicles, and spare networking equipment remain stationed in strategic zones for rapid deployment.

Alongside technical safeguarding measures, relief packages containing drinking water, non-perishable food, and essential consumer goods are being dispatched to flood-stricken residents across the four provinces as local monitoring continues.
