MONO29 and Monomax Pivot to Sports and Lifestyle Content Leadership

Brickinfo News Agency – Mono Next Public Company Limited (MONO) has announced a major strategic overhaul for its business group, shifting the focus of its MONO29 digital TV channel and its Monomax Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) platform toward world-class sports and lifestyle content. This pivot, which takes effect in November 2025 for MONO29’s programming, is designed to position the company as a key hub for top-tier global football and content catering to audiences interested in sports and healthy living.

The programming schedule on MONO29 is set for a significant transformation, with sports content increasing substantially from 4% to 38% of its total airtime in November 2025. This expanded sports lineup will feature exclusive broadcast rights for major football competitions, including the English Premier League (EPL), Emirates FA Cup, Carabao Cup, EFL Championship, League One, League Two, EFL Trophy, France’s Ligue 1, European Qualifiers, and the Thai league. Additionally, the channel will broadcast special content from LFCTV aimed at Liverpool and Thai fans. The move will require a reduction in the proportion of movies and series on the channel to accommodate the new direction. The channel is also increasing its Lifestyle & Health segment from 8% to 18% to capture the growing interest in wellness.

Simultaneously, the Monomax platform is strengthening its position as a dedicated destination for sports enthusiasts. Monomax subscribers will gain access to all 380 Premier League matches and 93 Emirates FA Cup matches, along with full coverage of other leagues and tournaments secured under broadcasting rights held by JAS and MONO. All broadcasts are available live and on-demand. Monomax is also expanding its offerings to include Lifestyle & Health content such as workout and training programs, nutritional advice, and inspirational stories from athletes, aiming to build a comprehensive “Sport & Lifestyle Entertainment Ecosystem.”
