AIS 3BB FIBRE3 Unveils Half-Year Strategy for 2025, Focusing on “Premier League + Home Internet” Bundles

Yordchai Asawathongchai, Head of Commercial Broadband Business Unit at AIS, stated that 2025 marks the second year of the AIS 3BB FIBRE3 merger, which operates under two brands: AIS Fibre and 3BB. The company maintains its lead in the home internet market with over 5 million customers. In 2024, the subscriber base grew by approximately 270,000 households (net of churn), reaching 77 provinces across Thailand. AIS 3BB FIBRE3’s market share in 2024, based on subscriber numbers, was 47%, an increase of 1.5% year-on-year. The current home internet penetration rate in Thailand is 36.8%, with 10.7 million broadband internet users out of 29.1 million households, indicating potential for future growth. The company emphasizes developing solutions that cater to diverse digital lifestyles, viewing the home internet business as more than just speed and strength, but as a service that genuinely meets the needs of every household under the concept of “BOOST YOUR BRIGHTER FUTURE.” This strategy is driven by three core pillars: “More Connectivity, More Opportunity, and More Happiness.”

Under “More Connectivity,” AIS 3BB FIBRE3 is offering home internet packages bundled with global content from the English Premier League and MONOMAX via AIS PLAY, with prices starting at 199 baht per month (promotional period until August 9, 2025). Packages for restaurants and entertainment venues, starting at 2,800 baht per month, include licensed access to all Premier League and Emirates FA Cup matches, aiming to create business opportunities and stimulate the grassroots economy. Additionally, the “Hail to a Million” campaign offers new and existing Premier League package subscribers a chance to win a trip to Scotland and England, along with other prizes totaling over 2 million baht. The company has also launched the Router AI 2G, supporting speeds up to 2Gbps via both Wi-Fi and LAN, featuring Wi-Fi 7 Multi-RU technology and an AI chip to reduce interference and latency by over 50%, accelerate applications, and support up to 128 devices.
For “More Opportunity,” AIS 3BB FIBRE3 has introduced “PRO-EVENT SOLUTION,” a 2Gbps high-speed internet solution for modern events. This solution provides direct connectivity from AIS and 3BB FIBRE networks to event venues, suitable for various event types such as live streams, conferences, concerts, e-sport tournaments, and trade shows. It includes a team of expert engineers for comprehensive support, from design and installation to on-site maintenance.
Under “More Happiness,” AIS 3BB FIBRE3 offers high-speed internet packages with comprehensive home protection through AIS 3BB FIBRE3 HOME INSURANCE, starting at 699 baht per month. This includes free insurance from MSIG, covering natural disasters up to 500,000 baht and theft up to 100,000 baht, along with 24-hour emergency home assistance. Customers will also receive special benefits and activities throughout the year, such as exclusive trips, points redemption, and special concerts, as well as new content from AIS PLAYBOX, including Bloomberg, Fox News, Fox Business, Eurosport, LFCTV, and W-Sport, alongside content updates from Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, and HBO Max.
