Brickinfo News Agency – Synnex (Thailand) Public Company Limited has outlined its strategic roadmap toward 2027 during the “SYNNEX PARTNER CONNECT 2026: Empowering the Future” event, announcing a shift from a traditional IT distributor to an integrated technology solution provider focused on commercial and enterprise markets.

The company plans to build upon its network of over 70 global brands and 6,000 distribution channels by expanding capabilities across enterprise solutions, cloud platforms, and technical services. The initiative aims to address increasing corporate demand for operational efficiency, practical technology adoption, and digital transformation across Thailand.

Sutida Mongkolsuthree, Chief Executive Officer of Synnex (Thailand), stated that the technology sector is prioritizing measurable business outcomes, driven largely by advancements in artificial intelligence. She noted that the company’s objective is to integrate hardware and software from global vendors with local partner expertise to deliver commercially viable solutions, positioning artificial intelligence and cloud computing as principal drivers of recurring revenue.

To support ecosystem expansion, the company highlighted specific retail and enterprise support mechanisms, including the SWOPMART trade-in platform, the Prompt Money financing program, and expanded warranty services developed alongside insurance brokerage partners. The enterprise portfolio showcases products and infrastructure solutions from more than 30 partner brands serving consumer, commercial, and enterprise segments.

Under the updated strategy, Synnex intends to focus on long-term lifecycle services, ranging from solution design and deployment to after-sales support. The operational model seeks to capture new commercial accounts and strengthen distributor-partner collaboration amid ongoing technological shifts in the domestic market.
