Brickinfo News Agency – Robinhood, a Thai food delivery platform, has introduced its “Robinhood RETURN” campaign, aiming to reduce plastic waste in food delivery. Running from July 16 to August 15, 2025, the initiative encourages customers to return reusable food containers after their meals, supporting a more sustainable consumption model. The program features five eco-conscious restaurants that prioritize environmental responsibility.

The “Robinhood RETURN” campaign is built on an “Order – Deliver – Return” concept. Customers who order from participating establishments will receive their food in reusable containers. After enjoying their meals, users can then schedule a convenient pickup time for these containers directly through the Robinhood app, with a Robinhood rider collecting them. This system is designed to simplify the container return process for consumers, integrating eco-friendly practices into daily routines.

Five restaurants are participating in this initial phase of the campaign, each recognized for their commitment to environmental responsibility. These include ERR Urban Rustic Thai, helmed by Chef Dylan Jones and Chef Bo Songvisava; Appia, owned by Paolo Vitaletti; Chita Yutaka Tei, led by Suphaphorn Suttilerd; VIVIN Asok – café grocery bistro, managed by Nicolas Vivin and Samantha Proyrungtong; and Little Sunshine Cafe, owned by Utchima Sriprachya-anunt.

Mr. Pongpanot Inkasit, Chief Commercial Officer of Purple Ventures Co., Ltd., the operator of Robinhood, supports the campaign as part of a broader effort to foster sustainable dining habits in Thailand. The “Robinhood RETURN” initiative aligns with the platform’s objective to go beyond being solely a food delivery service, striving instead to reduce plastic waste and inspire responsible consumption through everyday choices.
