Speaking during the panel session titled “WOMEN WHO BUILD WHAT’S NEXT: Leading Innovation, Shaping Inclusive Growth,” the executives detailed how automated technologies are deployed across financial services, agricultural supply chains, and digital media operations.

Monsinee Nakapanant, Co-president of Ascend Money, outlined the deployment of machine learning models to streamline documentation, automate customer communications, and analyze transaction data across savings, credit, and investment services. Nakapanant noted that system transparency and measurable compliance metrics remain prerequisites for technological adoption in the financial sector, stating that organizational adaptation requires leadership flexibility to manage operational transitions as computational capabilities advance.

In the supply chain sector, Natchachanok Na Takuathung, Chief Executive Officer of CP Fresh Co., Ltd., detailed the use of continuous AI monitoring systems to oversee cold-chain logistics and agricultural distribution. The technology tracks transit conditions 24 hours a day to preserve produce quality and standardize export grades for domestic farmers. Na Takuathung emphasized that operational scaling relies on workforce training alongside automation, noting, “Developing people is what drives the business. Ultimately, when we think of others, our dreams grow bigger.”

Addressing enterprise workflow design, Saranee Sanguanruang, Chief Executive Officer of Soul First Co., Ltd., explained that integrating automation into digital production pipelines reduces procedural turnaround times while maintaining output volume. Sanguanruang highlighted human analytical oversight as a necessary control mechanism over algorithmic tools, arguing that domain expertise and strategic intent must guide technological deployment to navigate technical limitations effectively.
