Cosplayers Take to the Racetrack in Thailand’s First-Ever Uma Musume’s Fans Racing Run Event in Actual Horse Racing Track
Brickinfo News Agency – Cosplayers and fans of the popular horse-girl franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby gathered for a historic event, “Cosplay Racing,” hosted by the Royal Bangkok Sports Club. The event, a special highlight organized for the pop-culture community, featured a unique spectacle: for the first time in Thailand, cosplayers were allowed to run in an actual horse racing track. The competition offered cash prizes for the first three finishers, adding a competitive element to the fun.

The event drew more than 400 pop-culture enthusiasts, who brought a vibrant atmosphere to the sports club. Another key attraction was the performance by the idol group Happytail, who performed dances from the Uma Musume Pretty Derby game. In the game, racehorses are reimagined as cute, competitive girls who perform a “Winning Live” dance after a race.

A major announcement at the event was the plan for an upcoming “Only Event.” This new gathering is intended to be a dedicated platform for fans to showcase their creativity and celebrate the power of pop-culture.
