Brickinfo News Agency – Nissan Thailand has officially pulled the curtain back on the All-New Nissan KICKS e-POWER at the 47th Bangkok International Motor Show, marking a significant update for the compact SUV in the Thai market. The latest iteration introduces a complete design overhaul alongside the debut of ProPILOT advanced driver assistance technology for this model in Thailand. Engineered and manufactured locally, the vehicle is positioned to compete in the growing electrified SUV segment with a starting promotional price of 789,900 baht.

The vehicle’s exterior transitions to a more aggressive aesthetic, featuring a three-dimensional V-Motion grille and a modernized lighting signature. The front end is characterized by slim upper beam headlamps and three-arrow Daytime Running Lights (DRLs), while the rear adopts a cleaner look with unique hexagon-shaped lamps. Under the hood, the SUV utilizes Nissan’s proprietary e-POWER technology, pairing a 1.2-liter engine with an electric motor and a 2.06-kWh lithium-ion battery. This setup delivers 136 PS and 280 Nm of torque, providing an electric vehicle driving sensation without the requirement of external plug-in charging.

Toshihiro Fujiki, President of Nissan Thailand and ASEAN, highlighted the strategic importance of this launch, stating, “Today is a proud milestone for Nissan. We introduce our fourth e-POWER model. This time, it is engineered and produced here in Thailand. This shows our strong belief in local manufacturing, and our focus on customers in Thailand and ASEAN.” He added that the model is specifically “built for people with urban lifestyle” to empower them to live life to the fullest.

Inside, the cabin has been upgraded with a 12.3-inch infotainment display and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. Connectivity is handled via wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, supported by a wireless charger and Zero Gravity seats designed to reduce driver fatigue. The introduction of ProPILOT marks a tech milestone for the KICKS in Thailand, integrating Lane Keeping Assist and Intelligent Cruise Control with Stop and Go to assist drivers during highway commutes, provided their hands remain on the steering wheel.

Safety remains a focal point with the Nissan 360˚ Safety Shield, which includes Rear Automatic Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Intervention, and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System. The All-New KICKS e-POWER is offered in three grades: V, VL, and SV. While the standard retail prices range from 839,000 to 929,000 baht, Nissan has introduced a launch campaign with reduced pricing for customers who book by April 30 and take delivery by May 31, 2026. The package includes a 10-year unlimited mileage battery warranty to bolster consumer confidence in the e-POWER system.
