ZEEKR Thailand Opens New Charoen Nakhon Showroom and Service Center

Brickinfo News Agency – ZEEKR, a global premium electric vehicle brand, has officially launched its new showroom and comprehensive service center in the Charoen Nakhon area, near Bukkhlo Intersection, Bangkok. This new facility aims to enhance customer accessibility and provide a complete experience from vehicle selection to after-sales service for customers on the Thonburi side of the city. The opening underscores ZEEKR’s commitment to strengthening its presence and service standards in Thailand’s premium EV market.

The new ZEEKR facility, designed under an “Experience-Driven Design” concept, features a distinctive architectural style and covers over 1,200 square meters. The interior layout is optimized for energy efficiency, utilizing natural light through its showroom windows. It provides ample space for viewing vehicle details, including exterior colors and interior materials, offering customers a clear and accurate perspective. The showroom’s design, which blends modern aesthetics with art gallery inspirations, also incorporates lifestyle zones and various activities to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors, alongside financial consultation services.

Mr. Alex Bao, Managing Director of Southeast Asia for ZEEKR, stated, “We are completing every dimension of ZEEKR’s marketing puzzle and are committed to supporting distributors to operate sustainably and appropriately for the current market situation. This ensures distributors’ confidence in the ZEEKR brand, as we are ready to move forward together in every area.” He also emphasized the importance of efficient parts management, noting, “We have increased our capacity for managing spare parts inventory by stocking necessary and frequently used parts at service centers and through a central parts distribution center, ensuring quick repairs and reduced waiting times.” Mr. Bao added that this new service center is “more than just network expansion; it signifies ZEEKR’s strong commitment to elevating the quality of EV showrooms in Thailand and building consumer trust. In the future, we plan to open a Training Center to impart theoretical and practical knowledge to technicians, focusing on more efficient EV diagnostics and repairs.”

The Charoen Nakhon facility offers a range of services, including a comprehensive vehicle display area where customers can explore and test drive popular ZEEKR models such as the ZEEKR 009 (6-seater and 7-seater) and ZEEKR X, with approximately 10 vehicles on display. Smart Test Drive options are available to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. The showroom also features personalized consultation zones with product specialists to provide detailed information on vehicle features and technologies, assisting customers in their transition to electric vehicles. Premium customer service is a key focus, with comfortable customer lounges and comprehensive amenities. The Care Center offers immediate support from highly trained specialists, and ZEEKR Roadside Assistance provides extensive coverage for added peace of mind. Furthermore, the center is equipped with a standard body and paint repair shop, ensuring quality repairs by expert technicians using advanced tools and technology.

Customers are invited to experience ZEEKR’s advanced electric vehicles and reliable after-sales services at the Charoen Nakhon comprehensive service center. ZEEKR also announced plans to open another full-service center in Bangna in the near future.
