AIS Secures NFL Broadcast Rights for Thai Audience

Brickinfo News Agency – AIS has partnered with the National Football League (NFL) to become the official broadcaster in Thailand, providing legal access to the professional American football league’s games on the AIS PLAY platform. The move is intended to expand the league’s viewership in the country and solidifies AIS’s position as a provider of premium sports content. The partnership will allow fans to watch the full season and playoffs, culminating in the Super Bowl.

The 2025 NFL season will feature all 32 teams competing from September through January, with the championship game, Super Bowl LX, scheduled for February 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in California. AIS customers will have access to all major matchups live on AIS PLAY, which is available on various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs.

Pratthana Leelapanang, Deputy CEO and COO of AIS, commented on the partnership, noting that it is a significant step for AIS PLAY as the platform adds American football to its offerings.

“It allows Thai sports fans to conveniently enjoy world-class competitions, powered by AIS’s robust mobile and fixed broadband networks,” he stated.

Brett Gosper, Head of Europe and APAC at the NFL, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, highlighting the league’s goal of growing its fan base in the region.
