Thai Embassy Investigates Disappearance of Hlun Solo in Georgia Before Family Confirms Death

Brickinfo News Agency – Officials from the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara have traveled to Tbilisi, Georgia, to coordinate with local police and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia following the disappearance of Thai content creator Bawornthat Pengsook, known as Hlun Solo. The victim’s family later confirmed that he was found deceased.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, officials from the embassy in Ankara arrived in Tbilisi to meet with local authorities to follow up on the investigation, maintain close communication with the victim’s family, and manage relevant documentation. Embassy officials are also scheduled to meet with Georgian diplomatic officials to expedite the investigation.

Bawornthat, who had traveled to Georgia to shoot media content, previously lost contact with his relatives. On July 30, 2026, at approximately 01:35 AM Thailand time, his brother—posting via the Facebook account Klose Mos—confirmed that the family had received confirmation of his death. He expressed gratitude to both domestic and international authorities, as well as the public, for assisting in the search efforts.

The family has requested that the media and the public refrain from speculating or spreading unverified information to respect the deceased and the family while official legal and logistical proceedings remain underway.
