CP Group, Arise Ventures, and True Partner with AWS to Launch AI FOR ALL Hackathon Offering THB 500,000 in Prizes

Brickinfo News Agency – Charoen Pokphand Group (CP Group), Arise Ventures Group, and True Corporation have partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to launch the AI FOR ALL national hackathon, inviting Thai citizens aged 18 and older to develop artificial intelligence solutions addressing national challenges. The initiative offers a total prize pool of 500,000 baht, with registration open through September 30, 2026.

The competition serves as a practical implementation mechanism under the five-year strategic collaboration announced at the Thailand AI National Mission, which targets training and upskilling three million people across the country. Through this program, participants receive access to cloud and AI training pathways, mentorship, and technical resources powered by AWS infrastructure, including Amazon Bedrock and related generative AI development tools.

The hackathon focuses on six primary socio-economic sectors: education and future skills, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the local economy, agriculture and food systems, healthcare and aging society, smart mobility and urban development, and community resilience against environmental and disaster risks. Participants are tasked with building practical applications to resolve structural issues within these areas.

Under the competition structure, applicants will participate in teams of up to five members. Following the initial screening and skills training, selected teams will join an intensive bootcamp to develop working prototypes. Five finalist teams will subsequently advance to build a minimum viable product (MVP) before the final pitching and award ceremony scheduled for December 12, 2026.

The top-performing teams will share the 500,000 baht prize pool alongside official certificates issued by AWS. Applications and official guidelines are available via True Corporation’s portal until the end of September 2026.
