True Corporation Boosts 5G Network Capacity for Bangkok Pride 2026

Brickinfo News Agency – True Corporation has deployed temporary network infrastructure and AI-driven monitoring systems to support heavy data traffic during the upcoming Bangkok Pride 2026 parade on May 31. The telecommunications operator is preparing for a surge in mobile usage from tourists and participants across major routes in Bangkok by reinforcing its signal coverage.

The network enhancement covers key locations along the festival route, including Chong Nonsi, Silom, Sala Daeng, Henri Dunant, Siam, and Rama I roads. True Corporation is utilizing Cell-on-Wheels (COWs) and temporary base stations to expand overall capacity. Furthermore, a dedicated war room has been activated at the company’s Business Network Intelligence Center (BNIC), using AI-powered autonomous network technology to monitor and optimize performance around the clock for live streams, video uploads, and photo sharing.

This infrastructure reinforcement follows recognition from global network testing organization nPerf. In 2025, True Corporation was ranked first in mobile and fixed broadband network performance across mainland Southeast Asia, with TrueMove H leading mobile network performance for ten consecutive years and True Online securing the top fixed broadband spot for six straight years.

Alongside network upgrades, the company is launching public activities throughout June under the theme “LOVE is Always True.” True Alpha Hub at Siam Square Soi 3 will serve as a community space featuring special photo frames priced between 160 and 180 baht, which can be projected onto the Giant Rubic Screen in Siam. TrueBlack and dtac PLATINUM BLUE MEMBER customers will also have access to themed refreshments, such as the “Pride in Paradise” beverage and “Rainbow Cake,” at TrueSphere branches.

In addition to consumer-facing initiatives, True Corporation highlighted its internal human resource policies aimed at supporting diversity.
