AIS and OR Partner to Launch Major Cross-Loyalty Program, Enhancing Customer Benefits Nationwide

Brickinfo News Agency – Thailand’s leading telecommunications provider, AIS, has announced a new strategic partnership with PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), a major player in the energy and retail sectors. The collaboration aims to create a comprehensive cross-loyalty ecosystem by allowing AIS customers to redeem their AIS Points for discounts and privileges at over 7,000 participating OR-affiliated locations. This initiative integrates benefits for daily life, including fuel, beverages, and convenience shopping, by linking the loyalty programs of the two corporate giants.

The partnership, described by both companies as a move to strengthen their digital ecosystems, provides tangible value for consumers. Customers can now use their AIS Points for a variety of services and products. These include discounts on fuel at PTT Stations, as well as purchases at well-known brands such as Café Amazon, KAMU Tea, Pearly Tea, Jiffy convenience stores, and found & found beauty outlets. The program also features an integration with OR’s blueplus+ loyalty program, enabling customers to convert their blueplus+ points into AIS Points for additional benefits.

According to Mr. Prapat Siangjan, Chief Retail Management Officer at AIS, the collaboration is about more than just adding more privileges. “This partnership represents a strategic alliance that underscores the broader vision of combining strengths to deliver maximum benefits to customers nationwide,” he stated. The company sees this as a way to transform reward points into “real power and value that help ease customers’ expenses.”

Mr. Pakorn Suriyabhivadh, Senior Executive Vice President of Digital Business and Solutions at OR, echoed this sentiment, noting the integration aligns with OR’s digital master plan. He highlighted that the partnership creates a seamless experience for AIS’s more than 51.1 million customers, catering to a wide range of lifestyles from travel to daily living. “Integrating AIS Points into OR’s ecosystem is not only about offering valuable privileges, but also about creating a seamless experience,” he said.

The partnership currently makes AIS Points redeemable at more than 35,000 partner locations nationwide, with over 7,000 of those being OR-affiliated. Specific discounts are available, such as up to a THB 200 discount for AIS Serenade customers at PTT Stations and a THB 10 discount on selected beverages at Café Amazon by redeeming points. The program extends to discounts at Jiffy, found & found, KAMU Tea, and Pearly Tea, providing widespread access to benefits across various retail categories.
