True Corporation Launches “Your Happiness First” Mission with Three New Campaigns
Brickinfo News Agency – True Corporation has introduced its “Your Happiness First” mission, rolling out three new campaigns designed to enhance customer experience across its True and dtac networks. The initiative focuses on personalized digital services, informed by customer insights, and includes updated package designs, digital platform developments, and customer appreciation programs.
The “Your Happiness First” mission features three distinct campaigns. The first focuses on entertainment-focused packages, with collaborations with global content providers such as Netflix, YouTube Premium, iQIYI, and TrueVisions NOW. Additionally, True Pay allows users to purchase app services and in-game content through their mobile bill. The company is offering exclusive iQIYI VIP Premium 4K packages at special prices for True/dtac users, enabling early access to content.
The second campaign, “True Jai Dee – Win Cars, Win Millions,” centers on the revamped True App, which consolidates features from both the former True and dtac applications. This campaign offers users a chance to win over 10 million baht in prizes through weekly and year-end lucky draws. Entries are granted for various transactions within the app, including bill payments, purchases, and point redemptions.
The third campaign, titled “The Longer You Stay, The More We Love You,” is a customer loyalty program that provides quarterly rewards to long-term True and dtac users. Starting July 29th, eligible customers can receive special discounts at MK Restaurant. Customers with 10 or more years of service receive a free meal valued at 299 baht, those with 5 or more years pay 149 baht for a 299-baht meal, and those with 1 or more year pay 199 baht for the same meal.

Mr. Sakolporn Hanchanlert, Head of Postpaid Division, True Corporation Plc, highlighted the demand for diverse streaming services in one place, which True addresses through its ‘Telco + Content’ strategy. He mentioned partnerships with top streaming platforms like Netflix, YouTube, and iQIYI to create “Life-tertainment” packages. The new ‘5G Super Max’ packages offer benefits such as all-in-one data and call plans, premium streaming experiences, and monthly discounts on sports streaming apps paid via True Pay.
Ms. Nitimon Suthavivat, Head of Digital Commerce & Marketing, True Corporation Plc, emphasized the development of the True App as a “living-tech hub” that consolidates services from both True and dtac apps. She noted that True uses insight data and AI to personalize the user experience within the app, offering customized recommendations and promotions. Ms. Suthavivat also detailed the “True App Jai Dee – Car and Million Giveaway” campaign, running from July 1st to December 31st, 2025, which rewards app interactions with chances to win prizes like a Tesla car, gold, and smartphones.

She emphasized the use of behavioral data to provide personalized benefits across dining, shopping, entertainment, and travel. The campaign includes the “Unlimited Happiness at MK Restaurant” event on July 29th, 2025, offering exclusive dining privileges based on True/dtac usage periods.
