True Partners with Thammasat University and EGG Digital to Launch AI Health Innovation Hub

Brickinfo News Agency – True Corporation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University, Thammasat University Hospital, and EGG Digital to advance Thailand's healthcare AI infrastructure. The partnership includes establishing the Thammasat–True AI Health Innovation Hub to integrate medical knowledge, health data, and digital technologies for improved patient care and hospital management.

The strategic collaboration is structured around six core pillars focusing on AI and data transformation. These pillars encompass upskilling medical personnel and faculty members through True Digital Academy, embedding AI foundations into Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for medical students, and conducting joint research to develop Health Score models and AI Clinical Intelligence systems. Additionally, the partnership aims to launch a new graduate curriculum in Medical Digital Technology in the 2027 academic year and scale research into clinical practice within legal and ethical frameworks.

Sarinra Wongsuppaluk, Chief Human Resources Officer at True Corporation, stated that the company is leveraging its digital infrastructure and ethical AI solutions to build an AI-ready medical workforce and translate academic research into scalable healthcare services.

Associate Professor Auchara Tangsathapornpong, MD, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Thammasat University, emphasized that building digital health competencies among students and staff will help apply modern tools safely and ethically to meet national public health needs.

Associate Professor Dilok Piyayotai, MD, Director of Thammasat University Hospital, noted that integrating AI and data-driven solutions will optimize hospital administration and enhance service quality for patient care.

Tippawan Vongthammachart, General Manager of Business Analytics AI & Consultation at EGG Digital, added that the collaboration will enhance Smart Hospital capabilities through personalized Health Score tools and intelligent dashboards, while supporting Research Lab capabilities and data infrastructure across the university campus.
