AIS Introduces 5G VIP Ultra Package Featuring Network Slicing and Premium Privileges

Brickinfo News Agency – AIS has officially launched the AIS 5G VIP Ultra package, a new premium postpaid offering designed to provide enhanced network stability and exclusive lifestyle benefits. The service utilizes Network Slicing technology to ensure consistent data performance even in high-traffic areas, effectively operating in a “Boost Mode” state. Subscribers will also see a unique AIS VIP icon on their mobile displays when connected to the 5G SA network, signaling a prioritized level of connectivity and service.

The development of this package stems from a shift in consumer behavior where high-end users require more than just raw speed. Kanatip Theerateep, Head of Product Marketing and Postpaid Unit at AIS, stated: “Today, a mobile network can no longer be merely a general signal-transmission network. It must function as a digital infrastructure that recognizes the variations among clients and provides more individualized service.” He noted that the company is transitioning into an Intelligent Digital Platform by using data to cater to specific user lifestyles.

Technical improvements within the AIS 5G-ADVANCED framework allow for the precise allocation of network resources. By implementing Network Slicing, AIS can manage latency and stability for VIP users during crowded events such as concerts or exhibitions. “This is an improvement from a mobile network service that is one-size-fits-all to a more tailored experience intended to cater to clients from all market groups,” Kanatip added regarding the transition toward personalized network experiences.

Beyond technical connectivity, the package includes immediate Serenade status (Gold or Platinum) and access to Personal Assistant services for higher-tier plans. Users are also granted the right to select “Four” numbers—premium mobile numbers ending in four identical digits. Additional perks include increased data roaming via Ready2Fly and lifestyle benefits through partners like Bangkok Airways.

The AIS 5G VIP Ultra is available in two main tiers. The 1,999 Baht monthly plan offers unlimited 5G data, 1,000 call minutes, and Serenade Gold status. The 2,999 Baht monthly plan increases the call allowance to 2,000 minutes and upgrades the user to Serenade Platinum with a Personal Assistant. Both tiers currently offer a promotion for those who sign up before June 11, 2026, which doubles the allocated quota for 5G VIP/Boost Mode usage and data roaming.

New and existing customers, including those porting their numbers or switching from prepaid to postpaid, can access these packages through AIS Shops, Serenade Clubs, and authorized dealers nationwide. The service is aimed at users who prioritize a combination of digital infrastructure reliability and comprehensive lifestyle rewards.
