AIS Reports Strong Q3 2025 Financials, Driven by Network and Subscriber Growth
Brickinfo News Agency – Advanced Info Service (AIS) reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, showing total revenue of THB 54,362 million and a net profit of THB 12,039 million. This performance reflected steady growth across all key business segments: mobile, broadband, and enterprise services. The company attributed the results to its strategy focused on high-quality connectivity networks, innovative services, and operational efficiency. AIS also continued to invest in new business areas such as retail, entertainment, and digital financial services to serve as future growth engines.
The company’s EBITDA and overall performance continued an upward trend, supported by a balance between strategic investments in future-ready infrastructure and internal efficiency improvements. The mobile business maintained its market leadership, achieving a total of 46.3 million subscribers. Notably, 5G users grew by 36% year-on-year to 15.8 million, driven by the expansion of the intelligent 5G network which now covers over 95% of Thailand’s population. Following a spectrum auction win, AIS immediately launched services on the 2100MHz spectrum and deployed “Super Block” technology to enhance network capacity, aiming for up to 2x faster speeds. This quality focus was also recognized by the 2025 Ookla awards.
The broadband business, operating under the AIS 3BB FIBRE3 brand, added 68,000 new subscribers during the quarter, bringing the total number of broadband users to 5.2 million as of the end of Q3 2025. This growth was linked to strategies that bundle high-speed broadband with premium content offerings, such as the English Premier League viewing package, catering to diverse customer needs from families to specialized users like streamers and gamers through packages like Super FAST and Home FibreLAN.
In the enterprise business, growth stood at 14%, supported by accelerated digital transformation in both the public and private sectors. AIS has positioned itself as an end-to-end technology partner, providing solutions across communications networks, cloud platforms, and AI. Strategic collaborations with global partners, including Oracle Cloud and the GSA Data Center initiative, were highlighted as key steps in building a secure and sustainable digital ecosystem to enhance Thailand’s national competitiveness.
