Brickinfo News Agency – Dream-pop duo LANDOKMAI, consisting of U-Pim (U-Pim Landokmai Sripasang) and Ant (Manassanan Kingkasem), have released their new Thai single, “Plai Fon Ton Nao (Winter Breeze)”, under the What The Duck label. The track, described as a romantic piece exploring loneliness that permeates the change of seasons, arrives as the year draws to a close. This release marks their return to Thai-language music following their recent international EP, WHAT EVE.

The duo’s previous work has often evoked distinct seasonal atmospheres, and “Winter Breeze” continues this trend by setting a narrative around an unfulfilled relationship. The song’s lyrics convey a sense of anticipation and hope for a desired partner, with the waiting period spanning from May through to the end of the rainy season in October. Its acoustic-driven sound is poised to become a soundtrack for many listeners during the final months of the year.

The emotional core of the song is captured in a lyric that expresses this deep-seated hope:

“October, I want the sky to bless me; perhaps there will be someone who is just right for me.”

Beyond their roles in the music composition, lead vocalist U-Pim Sripasang also took a central role in the visual presentation of “Winter Breeze.” U-Pim contributed ideas and stepped in to direct the accompanying music video. The video focuses on a simple, deeply meaningful concept: portraying the daily routines of a dreamy young woman who is living her ordinary life while patiently waiting for that specific person, mirroring the song’s themes. “Winter Breeze” serves as a thoughtful offering from LANDOKMAI, giving company to listeners experiencing the quiet reflection of the year’s end.
