Amity Launches Dual-HQ in Singapore and Bangkok to Drive Enterprise AI Global Expansion Following US$100M Series D
Brickinfo News Agency – Amity, the Southeast Asian enterprise artificial intelligence technology firm, has announced the official launch of its Singapore office and the establishment of its AI Research & Application Center (ARAC). Operating as a dual-headquarters alongside its existing กรุงเทพฯ (Bangkok) office, the new facility will anchor the company’s global operations following a recent US$100 million Series D funding round, which represents the largest investment in the Southeast Asian AI/ML sector for the first quarter of 2026.
The capital injection was led by EDBI, the investment arm of Singapore Growth Capital under the Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore, alongside Asia Partners and SMDV, with participation from new and existing investors including CMLIM Capital. The strategic expansion aims to push the software provider toward a target of US$200 million in annualized revenue by the end of 2026, serving as a primary milestone ahead of a planned public listing in 2027.
The investment will be distributed across three core operational priorities, focusing heavily on research and development to build vertical AI models designed specifically for enterprise workflows. The firm is also prioritizing international talent acquisition across engineering and commercial sectors, alongside strategic mergers and acquisitions. As part of this corporate development, Amity subsidiary Tollring recently acquired UK-based Code Software to expand its global communications analytics and customer experience footprint.
The technology provider currently services over 10 million monthly active users across more than 20,000 organizations globally. In Thailand and the broader region, the enterprise client base utilizes an integrated ecosystem consisting of five core corporate units: Amity Solutions, Amity Accentix, Tollring, EGG Digital, and Amity-Nordstar, which provide interconnected customer experience, data analytics, and voice communication systems.
Korawad Chearavanont, Executive Chairman & Founder of Amity, stated that the establishment of the center represents a commitment to building foundational AI capabilities tailored specifically for the operational realities of Asian enterprises. He noted that after growing tenfold in annualized revenue since 2022 to surpass the US$100 million mark in 2025, the organization has reached an inflection point to define the future of regional enterprise technology.
