AIS, Samsung, and bolttech Launch New Device Protection Plan in Thailand

Brickinfo News Agency – AIS, Thailand’s leading 5G network provider, in collaboration with Samsung, a global smartphone manufacturer, and bolttech, an insurtech company, has launched “AIS Care+ with Samsung Care Services.” This new protection plan for smartphones and tablets is being introduced in Southeast Asia, offering extensive coverage that includes a free screen replacement annually, unlimited repairs without claim value limits, up to two device switches per year, and one full device replacement per year. Customers who purchase Samsung devices through AIS will have access to these benefits and support at Samsung Authorized Service Centers nationwide, with the service available for subscription from July 22 onwards at various AIS retail points across Thailand.

The initiative highlights a focus on enhanced after-sales service.
