AIS Wins Five Awards at Digital Transformation World 2025

Brickinfo News Agency – AIS, a leading digital service provider in Thailand, secured five prestigious “Outstanding Catalyst” awards at the Digital Transformation World (DTW) 2025 event, hosted by TM Forum. The awards recognize the company’s achievements in intelligent network and 5G use case development. This marks the third consecutive year AIS has been honored at the event, demonstrating its continuous progress in becoming a Cognitive Tech-Co and its commitment to developing advanced digital infrastructure.

The accolades confirm AIS’s position as a leader in autonomous network technology and global innovation. The awards were given across five categories: Application of AI & Automation, Attendees’ Choice Award, Business Impact, Interactive Showcase, and Innovative & Futuristic. The recognition highlights the practical application and business value of AIS’s technology projects.

“AIS is focused on enhancing the capabilities and elevating our network to an Autonomous Network that proactively responds to customer needs in real-time, while also designing the most suitable and intelligent user experience for each individual,” said Mr. Kitti Ngarmchatetanarom, Chief Technology Officer of AIS. He added that the success is a result of collaboration between AIS engineers and global telecom partners, including Huawei, Globe Telecom, and Dell Technologies, in developing and testing new solutions to elevate Thailand’s digital network standards.

Among the winning projects, the Agent Fabric – Phase II project received two awards for its innovative use of AI. It was recognized in the Application of AI & Automation and Innovative & Futuristic categories for its ability to integrate AI with Digital Agents to improve internal management, increase efficiency, and enhance service accuracy. The AI-enhanced Digital Twins for Best NPS Network – Phase II project, which uses digital twin technology and AI to create virtual network models, was awarded for its positive business impact and was also voted as the Attendees’ Choice Award winner by event participants. Finally, the Predictive Intelligence for Optimized Networks & Enhanced Experience Resilience (PIONEER) project was honored with the Interactive Showcase award for its use of AI to analyze data, predict potential network issues, and automatically adjust services to maintain quality for customers.
